Male and Female workout specific plans. I use a combination of power training (for strength) and Volume training (for building & faster fat loss). Combing the two increases the amount of tension on the muscles allowing a breakthrough for any plateau!
This package is for the individual already familiar with counting macros and the flexible dieting lifestyle. If you have experience tracking your macros and are looking for someone to provide you custom macros this plan is for you!
How To Start The Program:
You will receive an in depth questionnaire that needs to be filled out. This will allow me to assess everything I need to determine your individual macros based on your body type, diet history, current exercise regime, lifestyle, occupation and goals.
*As soon as the invoice is completed, an email will be sent to you with log-in instructions to enter the course. After you long-in you will find the client questionnaire in the first module to fill out. Your personalized Macros plan will be sent back to your email within 72-hours.
